I have eaten more sugar in the last three days than I thought was humanly possible. Brown sugar, white sugar, powdered sugar, frosting, root beer, apple pie, cookie, brownie, cinnamon roll.
dear god.
it's good i work out so much, but i need to knock it off. i'm going to have diabetes by the time i'm 30...
back to yogurt, almonds, mad greens and grilled chicken.
