Whirlwind cleaning/catch up on home life day.

Also playing while working:
How to marry a millionaire
Gentleman Prefer Blondes
The Seven Year Itch.

I never realized the last one was really a comedy... kind of clever for it's time.

I also have inadvertently invented a new Cliff bar by changing up some ingredients in my chocolate chip cookie recipe. kind of... bizarre, but delicious. Here's the recipe (with my mods):

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup rolled oats, finely ground in a food processor
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
8 tablespoons cinnamon apple sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup White Bean Puree (see Make-Ahead Recipe #9 below)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries (soaked in apple juice)

bake 12 minutes at 375,
