Song that Breaks Your Heart with the First Few Notes: Adele - Someone Like You

This literally makes me grab my chest to hold my heart. I don't know why it struck me so much, but for awhile I couldn't even listen to it.  Girl's got an amazing voice - I'm so glad she shares it.
